Golden VISA Application

• Ensure that all the documents are in place
• We have to visit Amer center to submit application for Golden VISA
• All the copies of the documents will be submitted for the application
• Golden VISA Application copy will be received, The application will be under process with immigration

Pre-approval

• The next step is to await for pre-approval for the Golden VISA
• Pre-approval will be received within 2-3 working days time
• Once pre-approval received, the next step is medicals and cancellation of existing VISA

Medicals

• We should call the client to Smart Salem Medical Center to get the medicals done
• Medical Certificate will be issued within half-an-hour after completion

VISA Cancellation

• The existing VISA is to be cancelled to proceed further
• Usually the applicant gets their VISA cancelled via their company
• In case they require our assistance then we can intervene.
• If it’s a free zone VISA, Then VISA cancellation request can be applied online over the free zone portal.
• If it’s a mainland VISA, then first labour card to be cancelled at Tasheel and then VISA to be csncelled at Amer

Approval of the Golden VISA

• Once the medical certificate and VISA cancellation received, then the Golden VISA will be issued
• As the Immigration system is unified, the Golden VISA is processed and received instantly as the old VISA is cancelled
• Once golden VISA is received, we can move on to the final step

Emirates ID Application

• We can proceed to apply for Emirates ID. Documents required Passport Copy, Photo, Golden VISA Copy, Old Emiartes ID Copy
• It is understood that Biometrics will not be required in this case as the applicant already has previous residence, unless if Golden VISA is applied in renewed passport which will be different file number
• Physical Emirates ID to be ready within 3-4 working days

Visiting Dubai Land Department (DLD) office

• Ensure that all the documents are in place
• We are required to visit the DLD Golden Cube office at DWTC. Client has to visit the DLD office as well.

• A form will be given to the client for signature. In the form, we must put our mobile number and Emial ID (After requesting the client). If client has residence address in Dubai then they can put their address, otherwise we can put our office address
• We also have to inform DLD before hand to have medicals scheduled at Smart Salem Medical Fitness Center
• All the copies of the required documents will be submitted at the DLD office. Full payment will be made on the spot. Client can chose to pay by cash or card.
• If the client will be paying our professional fees by cash then that will also have to be collected on the spot from client

Awaiting Pre-approval

• Once the above step is done, DLD will be making the application for Golden VISA. We have to await for pre-approval from the immigration
• Pre-approval will be received within 2-3 working days time
• We have to request the staff at DLD over call or whatsapp to share the copy of the Golden VISA Application with us for our perusal.

Medicals

• Once the pre-approval is received, DLD will type the application for medicals.
• As indicated in Step no. 1, we must inform DLD in prior to schedule medicals at Smart Salem Medicals Fitness Center. So that clients can visit Smart Salem fo the medicals.
• (The reason why we should inform them is because DLD usually schedules medicals at AL Baraha Medical center. This medical center is at a far off location and rather remote area. SO we suggest Smart Salem for convenience of the client)
• Medical Certificate will be issued within half-an-hour after completion

• In case if biometrics is available at a later date then we can get the biometrics done quicly at an additional charge
• Documents to carry at the biometrics center - Original passport, Emirates ID Application form, Medical Fitness Certificate
• Physical Emirates ID to be ready within 3-4 working days and will be delivered to the address provided on the form signed by the client in Step no. 1

• In case if client is making cash payment for the Golden VISA, then the entire cash amount is to be collected at the medical center
• Medical Certificate will be out in half-an-hour

VISA Cancellation

• If applicant already resident of UAE, then existing VISA is to be cancelled to proceed further
• Usually the applicant gets their VISA cancelled by the company/sponsor
• In case they require our assistance then we can intervene.
• If it’s a free zone VISA, Then VISA cancellation request can be applied online over the free zone portal.
• If it’s a mainland VISA, then first labour card to be cancelled at Tasheel and then VISA to be cancelled at Amer

Golden VISA Application

• Once medical certificate is out and VISA cancellation received (if any), then we can proceed to make Golden VISA Application at Amer center
• Ensure that all the documents are in place and ready. Original Emirates ID of the sponsor is required
• The application will be submitted for approval from immigration
• Once Application approved, Golden VISA copy willl be issued

• Once Golden VISA is issed, we can apply for Emirates ID
• We can proceed to apply for Emirates ID. Documents required Passport Copy, Photo, Golden VISA Copy, Old Emiartes ID Copy (If any)
• In case if biometrics is available at a later date then we can get the biometrics done quicly at an additional charge
